As one body, we can make an impact on certain global issues through our collective consciousness.

Why establish CLIC?  

Through our own life experiences, we feel an empathetic passion to help our common people and ecosystems in crisis situations both domestically and around the world.

What does CLIC do?  

Maintaining a core group of like-minded individuals, we collectively tackle certain crises and problem-solve to ensure sustained benefit for communities in need. 

We believe that 24/7 access to electricity is a basic human right in today’s world.

CLIC’s Heuristics

  • CLIC allows us to be decision makers, and have increased level of individual engagement. We want to have true engagement with communities, and see the impact of our efforts.

  • We aim to take ownership of projects that would not be started without CLIC's support.

  • We prioritize projects which have demonstrable health / education / conservation outcomes.

  • Our investment should go towards projects that will create sustainable solutions, truly stemming the flow of problems for a group or community without the need for long-term financial support.

  • When assessing the impact of positive change, we should consider its lasting effects, distinguishing between a seed that will grow over time and a band-aid solution that will only provide temporary relief

  • We consider whether the problem may be resolved without CLIC's intervention, and if it will continue indefinitely.

  • We take into account the scale and timeframes for our donations to ensure the impact is maximized - where does the dollar and effort go furthest.
